Looking at some help with tires. I’ve searched a few things and think I have the answer but want to be sure. I’m getting a leveling kit (2” spacer) on the front to make it level with the back. I have the current tires above. I’m going to be ordering tires here soon (toyo tires preferred) and was wondering what the maximum size I can get with the leveling kit to make it a little more beastly looking without having to shave / cut anything off the mud flaps. Thanks.

    285/70/18 no trimming
295/70/18 possible trimming and mud flap removal plus they weigh quite a bit more for not much increase in size

That’s what I thought too. Had other people say the same. It’s confirmed now. Thanks very much.

I'm going to go with 285 when it is time on my Pro. Best of luck!

You as well. I don’t plan on getting a major lift right now. Just the 2” leveling spacer for the front to make it both 41”. But the tires, I wanted something different for the beastly look. It’s my 20 minute drive to work and the drive on the beach, camping, fishing, etc., truck. Once I get my bumper matched covers, it’ll be a black with a little bit of red theme.

I stayed with 285/70/18’s on my 21 Pro. I felt the power loss jumping from factory size. I did not need 295’s. Plus when I put more aggressive off set on my Pro it will make my 285’s look good.

With stock suspension and wheels, 275/70-18 and 285/701-18 fit fine, no lift needed. With 2 inch lift, 295-70-18 or 285-75/18 will fit without much fuss.

I would skip the spacer lift and run 275 or 285/70s, then when your shocks need replacing(60ish k miles or so) go ahead and do a lifted coilover and larger tires if you like.
OP, do you have a truck that has the trd off road package, or a TRD Pro (which is 2 inch higher than the other trims)?

I have a TRD Pro. The back is a 41” from ground to top of the wheel flare. The front is a 39” from ground to top of the wheel flare. I’m only getting the two inch spacer for the front .

Well I confident the Pros are level front to rear- even or very little rake. A 2 inch rake is what the standard trucks have, like my sr5 as I have measured it.

The Pros are 2 inches higher than the other trucks up front. There are dedicated threads with what folks have run on a Pro stock here in the Pro forum and try the wheel/tire forum too. Stock Pro= 295-70s or 285/75 (both 18s) will work, clear UCA. If you want to add any further lift to a pro I would suggest one of the lifts specifically for the Pro, like from Westcott. I would not put on a cheap spacer lift like rough country or similar.

Roger that. I didn’t realize that. Thank you for the information. I’ll definitely have to look at it more detail now.

This is what the trd pro suspension looks like https://www.sparksparts.com/oem-par...15xny8jVBOaQxjP01ugbVv6Z-jnfz3YcaAnBHEALw_wcB

If you have anything else on a brand new 2021, it is not the Pro. It could be a SR5 or other trim level with the off road package. There is also sport package shocks which look just like the OR package shocks below, but they are red/blue. OR package shocks will be blue/yellow like this-

So if you have a non Pro truck, 275/70s or 285/70s will fit stock suspension and wheels, no issues. I run 275/70= 33.4 inches tall, on my stock sr5 no issues, and I have the OR package so the blue yellow shocks.

If you lift the front 2 inchs+, then the 295/70 and 285/75s will work.
