Has anyone mounted an air compressor in the bed? I'm looking for ideas to mount my train horn compressor in the bed instead of the frame rail this time. Thanks

Maybe you could mount it on one of those molle panel racks that mount to the insides of the bed, seen them used on the back by the cab and also the sides.

checked google and folks have mounted smaller compressors (likely your application) to the bed sides, top of wheel well in the bed, generally up out of the way so the bed can be used
