On my 2014 Tundra if I turn the lights on the brake lights will also go on , if I press the brake the brake lights blink. With the lights off the brake lights work fine. I have replaced the brake switch, no change

    Is this a new development?

Was any work done just prior to this problem?

Have you replaced the bulbs recently? If so, did you make certain they were the right bulb, or did you let a tech/parts monkey pick them out?

That's really weird. Any heavy storms in the last few days? Maybe some water intrusion?

Last thing, and I really hope it's not, I would check wires for rodent damage. Those bastards think the wire coatings in cars are delicious.

Yes that is were I was leaning. But the weird thing is the brake lights work fine as long as the lights are off. Thanks,
