    No, that's the 1st picture, that was with it plugged in to the Scangauge. I unplugged the Scangauge, turned the truck off, and restarted; the message disappeared, but I'm still unable to connect to trans temps.

    I hope it works for ya, You could also try resetting the meastro unit instead of just validating PIDS. I have done that as well, I was nervous at first thinking settings on meastro would be erased but everything came back fine. I think it’s called “master reset”

    Just got inside from doing that, no dice. Seems like my Scangauge did something on initialization, shouldn't be too much of an issue I hope. Maybe just 24 hours is all it takes.

    Well I can tell you I lose my trans temp from time to time (just shows up as -) and going through the validate PID process always brings it back.

    Well crap, maybe I just keep the Scangauge? I haven't found any options to validate PIDs in my 1007, but I'll talk to the guys that put it in, they should set it right, if it hasn't righted itself in 24 hours.
