Recommended front tire pressure for the 2000 Tundra was 26psi. Crazy low in my opinion, but probably gives a soft ride. Tire shops will put whatever is on the sidewall of the tire in them. That is the max psi, and usually what the tire should be at for max tow rating. I run 32-35psi on the front and rear unless I'm towing heavy, then I pump the rears up to 42-44psi, the max pressure which achieves the tires max weight carrying.

    That's the way us Grandpa's roll :)
Just bought my 3rd set of Toyo Open Country after 40K each run. My door sticker says 265/65R17 should be 29F/32R . I personally have always run my tires how they had been wearing between oil changes(5K miles). That said, the sweet spot for me is 33 F and R

But have any of y'all actually stopped and asked the tires what pressure THEY want to be at? I just let mine be at whatever psi they want. Insensitive jerks....

Just post some of it and you'll surely get some love. My wheeling pics usually do. Or do a build thread and include that stuff there too.

So do my Duratracs on my Tundra (Load range E). The ones on Sequoia are like 50psi max and then the ones on Taco are even less. Was tripping on the vast difference when I aired everything up few weeks ago at the same time.

    I’m running 35psi on my 285 ko2 (E)

My range on a full tank is about 300+ miles average.

Looking into a new alternator after reading some threads thinking about DENSO part #2101065 130 Amp Reman from RockAuto $205 with the core charge for the 2006 double cab. Does anyone have anything negative or a better replacement other than dealer's $300+ reman?

Sequoia 150 amp alt is a decent upgrade for like the same price. Rockauto sells it from denso too

Got a very minor start to the mirror harness. Anyone got a number to reach the aux power outlet spot from the front center of the headliner? 6’ ish? Maybe 7?
