Are the TRD Sport Bilsteins in front amenable to a level type lift in the front? Any suggestions?

only thing you can do and keep the original TRD sport setup is to add a spacer lift. Spacer lifts are cheap but there are some drawbacks depending on how you use the truck. I will not get into all the details on that. Look at the sticky in the suspension forum here https://www.tundras.com/threads/guide-different-types-of-lifts.546/

2 inches lift in the front will level the truck. Most common ways to lift/level are : spacer kits, next would be a adjustable shock setup like 5100s or 6112s, and then the other would be replacement lifted coil overs for the front which would include the shocks, new lifted springs, etc. What you may choose depends on your budget and how you will use the truck.

The suspension forum here has a ton of good info in the stickies at the top and the forum has great info on specific setups, pictures, reviews, etc. Take some time and look around there, it will be worth your effort.

You might also take a look at the Bilstein 5160's. A very nice option for leveling to maintain a nice ride and handling.

Thanks...sounds like spacers might be the best option.
