So far I don't know enough to have feelings for it. Its a 2000 I bought at an auction mid april for $3200 and it needed fuel injectors, which I put in this past weekend. So I've only driven it about 50 miles because I didn't want to risk the cats.

The PO was a doctor and kept it going, and allegedly paid to have the major timing chain and transmission service done. His mechanic only kept 5yrs of records though and they don't include that work so ..... It does have a tranny cooler and is the tin top MV.

Have you had one before or now?

I don’t have one currently but I do want one. I’m in the stage where logic tells me they are old and will have too many issues (money pit) but my heart yearns for one. Also unsure if I ultimately would want a Vanagon or Eurovan.
