    Towing mirrors have bsm everything like factory but just bsm not working
    In Toyota service guy tell me in 1794 and platinum towing mirrors not working

    Do your new tow mirrors support BSM? Can you confirm if the mirror has the BSM logo/light?

    Can you post a photo of the glass mirror side to confirm?

    It should be plug and play except for the spotlight wiring. The only time I've had that warning is when I've had one of them disconnected. Usually that warning comes on when the BSM isn't receiving power from one or both the mirrors.

    I've not seen that version before. The ones I'm familiar with are the Boost Auto and Trail Ridge models.

    If you had both hooked up and it gave you that warning, then I would suggest talking with the seller to help troubleshoot to determine if you received a defective set.
