    My '09 Highlander has a sunroof that we never even open.

    It has started leaking.

    What is involved in determining if the drainage tubes are blocked?

    Open the sunroof, either get a ladder or stand up through your open sunroof. Locate the small round, likely clogged with crap, holes and clean them out.
