    I'm about to purchase new all seasons (not at or mt tires) and want to know if going to an e load range tire will make the ride too stiff. Stock Sr5 crewmax with 275 65 18.

    How did the ride quality change going to e loads?

    Calibrated Power 5 Tune pack, Allison 1000 tune, PPE deep trans pan, Cold/Hot CAC pipes, Banks CAI, PCV reroute, resonator delete, S&B 62 gal fuel tank, B&W GN hitch
    The ride will stiffen a bit, fuel economy will go down as well.

    I hate the tire options for the Tundra when it comes to Load Range and sizing.

    There are a couple tire manufacturers that make a LT tire in a LR C. One of them is Cooper.

    Unfortunately because of the size/brand of the tire I just went to I had to go to a load range e from d... there is a noticeable difference in ride quality and while the weight was very similar on paper you can feel the tires.

    Too stiff . . . ? That's just a bit subjective. I've had LR E's on my Tundra since I bought it (new) + the final three years I owned my '04 Titan. Love 'em.

    I guess if you wan't an un-stiff ride, an air suspension RAM or Honda Ridgeline might be the solution.
