Sounds like my extended holler'n'hell family. Legally, I can say no more about them.

My hands are unfortunately tied in this matter.

Needed to kill a badger. He went down his hole. The soluton? Remove the homemade 38lb cannon barrel from its chassis, give it a double charge of powder, an extra wad to keep everything in the barrel, invert the whole works into the badger hole, light fuse, run like hell. The barrel went about 25ft straight up.

Did some more investigating and I found one of my exhaust bolts right after the cat came loose and fell off completely, and the other one was loose too! She's sounding much better now

It’s not a mandrel bender, I used this for the 4runner sliders, it puts a strange indentation in the corner of the bend, but yes it’s super nice having this around or access too! It’s all about those life connections, pops was there today; I had to shoe him away, ok I got it, ok yeah I understand, ok cool I think I can handle it!

Yeah muffs were on a weird national back order; no one had them, definitely drop shipped for sure. Only thing waiting to arrive is o2 extension harness(Monday arrival)
Should start or look like starting on weds(I’m Irish, we will see how that goes)

I can't decide if that's been beaten with an ugly stick or something really cool. Possibly both... I have to keep reminding myself that my friend mourns for his dear departed Pontiac Aztek, a vehicle I think is definitely in the running for ugliest vehicle of all time.

If that was my cousin I'd have never seen him again. Those guys are fucked up.

Yea... those cousins wouldn’t be family to me after what they did to the kitten. Let alone the gopher... even at that age...

Yeah I wasn't impressed either. The one with the kitten was too young to even know what he did. Amazingly, they all turned out to be good adults.

No mandrel, but better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. Even with the wrong die for 2.5” I made it work. 1.75” for the heimenholtsenstien resonator thingy, worked great, maybe 2-3 times with a lil twist and it was good to slip and weld.
I ordered all mandrel bent stuff online, no bells. Tomorrow I will get my 45s measured and cut for bells off of the X pipe(I wanted to get the spacing nice and tight, so I needed it all to be here to get the 45s cut short enough to bring it all closer)

it's ugly, the Rivan is ugly. But the creative functionality of the vehicles - I could see past ugly for quality engineering / design / function.

If I can I will weld the two mufflers together using fancy wooden dowel cut with a key hole saw to space them apart, then the extensions on the heimholzts resonators, then weld the exit pipes from the exhaust, then bore those to accept the resonators/weld, then get the x pipe and entrance muffler tubes set.
Once I get the muffler tacked with the spacing to hold them it should go quicker and easier than stupid wooden dowels and straps!

Haha drive on over! You know as well as I do the culmination of parts to make this happen! Oe head gaskets, OE manifold nuts(praying I don’t need the studs!) shmancy vBands, and me knowing nothing what I’m doing! I’m mainly trying to keep the build high a tight vs low and sloppy. I’ve worked for ground clearance, I’d like to keep it that way!

i need to do headers. but tacos first. headers will lead to a nice tucked up dual exit exhaust with removable tips to remove for clearance. and QTP mufflers for loud and quiet.

I just wish I could find a donor vehicle cheap for him to get a decent motor out of it. He's really hurtin' over it. But... church mice are wealthy compared to Turk, so getting it rebuilt is out of the question.

In the northeast I'd be concerned attaching those two mufflers together would create a big road debris catcher / rust accelerator. Maybe not such an issue in the desert?
Are you planning anything extra to control the heft of weight from cracking your exhaust manifolds? Or are they simply not that much different in hanging weight?

So that’s why I have them spaced out with a wooden dowel, to prevent vibration and so nothing would get stuck between them.
I plan on running hangers to oem locations and maybe pick up a few extra, but I also got flex pipes right after the long tubes, so hopefully that will help if anything wants to needs to move around a little

I stopped off at the local marathon cut I had to go. Got me a case of water while I was here because the case is the same price as a single chilled bottle.

The cashier pulled her wuflu mask down to get a drank of her Mr. Pibb. She had a better mustachio than I.

    Damn it boy!

If everything welds as nice as the muffler to the straight pieces, the rest should be somewhat simple. Lots of popping on the 1.75” resonators. Forgot my metal stretcher at work:(

Organized my loose “bagged” new bolts, nuts, washers, seals. Now all in one drawer of a toolbox instead of spread around the work bench.

Pulled apart my old Blower Motor yesterday for grins. There was nothing to lose if I broke it as I had assumed it was one unit prior. I pulled it apart by sliding the plastic housing off the motor. Took some patience and pry time, but its doable for anyone looking to service the motor.

Remember I had a tick tick tick at low speed like a leaf was trapped but wasn’t. Pulled it apart yesterday and the tick tick went bye bye. Just throwing this out there if it helps for future reference. You can see rust on top of mine from years of the Cowl Leaking from above.
