This may not apply to you, I brought my '19 TSS CM 9 months age, and after driving it for the first 2 weeks I find that I have pain in my left leg and that I am supporting myself by leaning my knee on the door or pulling my leg back towards the seat.
To fix my problem, I shimmed the front and rear brackets of the seat that is closer to the door with a 1/2" shim. Now I can relax my leg and it does not go anywhere near the door and I'm better supported in the seat. This may not be something you have noticed. I have a 35 minute commute to work every day, so I noticed it really fast. Hope this help you.

I don't, but the fix will not matter because the shim is between the bottom of the seat rail and the chassis.

Is it possible that you may have Scoliosis? I remember a patient that I had, a while back, whom had an identical complaint about the seats in his vehicle (among other complaints) and upon examining films of his spine, he had mild Scoliosis. Just throwing that out there.

Thanks for the concern, but I don't. The seat in my truck is big and comfortable, but when you make a right turn, I had a tendency to prop myself up. I don't have a center console, but a center seat that folds down as a console and that acts as a support when making left turns. By shimming the seat, not just my leg but my body has that additional support. I have other friends who have bucket seats with the center console that have similar issues. I shimmed their seats and they have said that they feel more comfortable.
For me, it's just something I noticed and fixed so I thought I would share.

I had the same issue with my seat. Power seats, and even with them adjusted all the way up in the front and all the way down in back I still felt like I was sliding off the front and had to support myself too much with my legs when stopping or turning.
I installed some seat jackers from desertdoesit and problem solved. They raise the front of the seat up 1" and make the angle way more comfortable and supportive. Nice billet pieces with the guide pin and recessed bolts. Added bonus is the little molle panel you can add if you want. A little pricy but worth it for the comfort, and probably safer than a washer or shim.

I also have the seat jackers from DesertDoesIt.com. They made a world of difference for me.

Just to make sure that I understand you correctly here, are you saying that you only shimmed the door side of the seat?

I put them on the front driver's seat, along with the multi mount panel.

Yes, I did. You just need to do the door side, front and rear, so to not put the track in a bind. I have never had this problem before, but the first two weeks of driving my truck, I knew I had to solve the problem. I took a trip to Florida this past Christmas, 6 hour drive, it was very comfortable and I'm not propping myself up in a turn. I drive winding roads to work, and let me say this, I love my truck. It has front and rear TRD sway bars and drives like it's on rails.
The seat bolts are long enough. I started with 3 washers then went to 4, and drive the truck a few days and see how it feels. I then cut black plastic shims to replace the washers.

    Thanks for elaborating on this.
I do not suffer from this at all but this is also the first vehicle in a while that I did not screw with the seat mount at all too and I am just OK with it the way it is for now.

I did shim my 2001 Tundras,My Element,CRV,Fit and a Prius off the top of my head and it is crazy to me how much even a tiny difference can make in changing the way the position feels even though I already know it does!?

I have also used the ExtendMySeat Track Extenders in several vehicles and they also make an insane difference if needed for leg room and angle but none are made for our trucks if I remember correctly.

I am glad you found a solution that works for you and I had never even considered doing one side but not the other before.

I have a trip planned in June, and will never make it the way it is. I'll start tinkering. Thanks

So you have plastic shims between your seat bracket and the floor?
I'm not sure I'd trust that in a collision to not come completely out of the floor and have you bouncing around like an ejected fighter pilot strapped to your chair.
I thought about doing washers up front before I found the seat jackers but with the way the brackets fit into the floor I think even washers would not be safe. There is a guide pin and a recess that the seat fits into to keep it in place, plus a properly torqued bolt.
The seat jackers mimic that junction, just an inch higher.

I know about the guide pin, but the seat is very secure. You can use what ever makes you feel safe, I had a ramp roller wheel for an alignment rack which was solid and by cutting it in half, it was the thickness I was looking for. What ever you use to shim the seat, the main result is feeling more comfortable in the seat.
My two other friends that I helped, you can see how the door panel has wear marks. My method may not be perfect, but it works for me. Think of something that works for you.
