Mine fit ok, but OTOH mine came with a pretty generous lip for overlap in that section. Not sure what those little semicircles are in your pic.

Anyway, for the back this was my procedure:
('Shell' is the new cap here, working on right hand side of the truck.)
    1. Disassemble per instructions. I ended up taking out an extra bolt where a hole in the shell was, instructions didn't mention it.
    2. Start the install by sliding shell under the center piece, push the top left corner of the shell under the bottom right lip of the middle bumper section. Push up till you reach the top, then use some tool to pry up the top bumper cap enough to slide the whole top edge of the shell under the right hand side bumper cap.
    3. Now work the rest of the shell top edge around the corner until you reach the curved front edge of the shell
    4. While firmly holding the left edge of the shell under the center piece, shove & snap the front edge over the front angled side of the metal bumper.

With that, you should be there. Assuming you now have the shell dry-fit in place, try popping the center black plastic rivet back in, it will tighten up middle bumper section a little more. (Pop it back out for removal of the shell during your trial.) Then do final install.

HEY THANKS FOR THE REPLY!! The little semi cirlces are how they came. If only they didnt. I wouldn't need this post.

What you did is basically, what i did . The two ends of the shell ( under black bumper and side of the truck are not long enough to have the holes covered and lip reach over teh chrome bumper. Ill have to call them today.Thought id ask here first assuming others have had the problem. I know in some videos they supply tape but i never got any. also i see the semi circles in the instructions on their bumpershellz site.
