    I just drilled an extra hole right behind the middle slot in the dash. I had to drill it big enough to allow the connector to drop down below the dash... 5/8” I believe. It ended up dropping right through the middle slot in the mounting plate.

    A little note, also: I didn’t crank down on the screws attaching the USBs to the mount. You might find that the wires are very close to being pinched when you drop them down through the mount. I felt like if I really hammered down that I’d crimp them. So the USB ports are just barely snug. It’s still plenty solid.

    Casey MAD PROPS to you for getting the door edge guards installed. I tried my best but just couldn’t get them seated right. Dealership gave me a refund which was really stand-up, considering they’re like $80. I would’ve never thunk that door edge guards would not only be my most difficult mod, but an epic fail! :mad:

    Reckon I’ll just get me some cheapos at an auto parts store :rofl:

    Finally got my gear pod XL completed. I plan on adding a few more lights and hopefully a few more pouches on the grey man RMP board. Best thing about it is I still have lots of storage room left for other gear.

    There are products out there that refresh and darken fading black tpo. You can get them from auto paint supplier store. Wish I remembered brand names but I don’t. They work kind of like shoe polish. You’ll be surprised how faded yours was when you do it. Years ago I worked in auto body shop FYI.

    That's one of those things that seems slightly simple and trivial, but I use mine often. Used it today actually lol. Keep all my ratchet straps, tow straps, bungee cords, and zip ties in there. Also a lil 4 to 7 pin adapter in the lil tray

    Relocated the anytime camera switch to the center console for easy switching. Compressor will take the last slot and this project will be complete.

    Installed hypertech speedometer calibrator.
    Overall product works but had a few issues..
    1. Was told I was supposed to get an email when the 2019 was released. That never happened
    2. Entered proper tire size I was still off 8mph at 70

    After a day of trial and error new tire size of 41's corrected speedo spot on lol I have 38s

    My experience is that the factory calibration is for a tire larger than what they come with... so the fact you had to keep going up in size would make sense. In the end, it’s the ratio that matters
