Morimoto Tails... When will Tundras have availability?

He responded after my post. I guess I'm wrong. Not the first time and certainly won't be the last!

I bet threads like these help the designers, but I imagine it puts a bit of pressure on them to get it right too. My hope concerning sequential/conventional LED taillights is they are dimmer than the fronts, or provide a way to dim them. IMO, using the same strength LED s in back that are in the front, would be terrible for the vehicle behind, (which could be me). As it is now, if driving at night, I can adjust my mirrors to block out the brightness behind me, but if I m behind someone at a stop light that has those crazy-bright flashing tail lights, I know it would be an unpleasent experience, and there s no escaping it until they drive off, and the after-image disipates. As long as they have that OEM+ look to them I’ll be happy. A clean, discreet look that has you do a double take because it looks factory but yet isn’t.

 

But, is the warlord Cyrus digging them???

Yup they are hirev, come in clear or smoked and with or without the startup sequence.

 

Just spoke with a Morimoto source.... They said stay tuned.....better looking than the 4Runner set, and tentative release date sometime in June.

I hope they stick to it, just found out my passenger's side taillight is cracked, Toyota wants $400 per housing.

 

You can buy new TOYOTA OEM on ebay for $140. Used runs half that price. Fk stealerships

 

I've seen those, problem is I'm in Canada, a lot of sellers don't do cross boder shipping and by the time the fees being added to it, it comes out almost the same, the biggest thing is I like to use excuses to mod things, such as long tube headers and regearing is great for fuel savings!

 

You're not wrong, sometimes when something breaks, I smile a little inside, knowing I needed an excuse to upgrade it.
