I'm reading the Sequoia mod thread right now. I have a 2007 and would really like to add this type of grille to my rig.

    Installed info button.

Man, it's been ages since I hit 17mpg. I think the highest I hit was 19mpg when I first got her 12+ yrs ago. Used the good old math skills to calculate mpg. Should have installed the info button 12 yrs ago the first time I read about it.

12 yrs later and I'm now upgrading parts on the keeper (just the thought still amazes me). Wife doesn't understand nor like it but I'm using the birthday & xmas credits I skipped on the past 3 yrs so she really can't complain about it. LOL

In the past month or so I've installed Alpharex Nova Series headlights, Spyder tail lights, fog lights, and SR5 rims that's been sitting in the garage for the past 6 yrs.

I have a few little things I'm expecting but the bigger pieces (i.e. 2020 Sequoia TRD front grill, front/back plastic bumpers, etc.) will be ordered later this year (bday/xmas credits again...LOL).

    So much to order! LOL

Is this a slip-on leather cover seat? I ask cuz they don't look like they are. But if they are where did you order them if you don't mind sharing.

Swapped old worn out Toyota tube step for new ones today. Just cheapo Amazon specials! Lol, but they’re supposed to look like the other OE style. 1) Bought with 225k miles on it, a Westin bullnose bumper, and OEM tundra steps 2) Current Mileage 238k Mods: 1) Dirty Deeds BA Mufflers 8 inch with resonator (as of Feb 2021) - Had the 10 inch with resonator - Prefer the 10 inch without resonator - deeper sound hear it more in the cab 2.) Ranch Hand Summit Front Bumper/Guard 3) Ranch Hand Summit Bumper 4) Billstein 5100s all around 5) TRD front and rear sway bars 6.) Rough Country wheel to wheel steps 7) Pioneer 8400 NEX Wireless ApplePlay 8) Backup Camera: e-raptor 9) LED white lights replaced in headlights, fog lights, inside cabin, and exterior lights 10) Linex (unbranded by Central Texas Truck Coatings) 11) OEM Toyota side panels and generic panel on tailgate Maintenance/Repairs: 1) Valve covers, belt tensioner, alternator belt - $415 2) Evaporation fuel canister and filter replacment $1547 *This was a Toyota TSB for 07-08 AFAIK. Toyota covered in first 3 years of ownership. Mine failed after 13 years of daily regular driving use. Not bad at all. 3) Pioneer Unit - had to ship to Pioneer to replace Output IC - $45 (shipping) free under 1 year warranty fix 4) Pioneer Unit - Electrical feed back coming through speakers when accelerating. Fix was to check all wiring/tighten up/ make connections good again $42. 5.) Rear passenger door actuator replaced. Part was $287 with tax on ebay from Toyota dealer free shipping. 6.) Rack and Pinion, tow mirrors, shocks install, lifetime alignment - $1884.36
The local exhaust shop said the only thing they could do to make the 8 inch exhaust with resonator louder is to cut out the Toyota factory resonator. No thanks.

I took the resonator off. :D Like the 10 with no res, I prefer the fuller sound much more. The drone isn't bothering me as much as I've gotten used to it, and it only occurs at certain speeds which can easily be mitigated.

    SNOW 1. Tundra 0.
It snowed about 25 cm - 10”. I got stuck in the driveway beside the shop and had to
get my land cruiser out and winch it back level where I could slowly get it parked. I’ve
Never been in a truck that bad in snow. Whatever the anti spin traction control thing is,
    It’s noisy and fundamentally useless.

Installed a Grade all black gauge cluster surround that I picked up from @PonyMan. I had no idea this piece existed in black, but I love it compared to the factory grey/silver piece.

Also added an Apple MagSafe charger on a ball joint in the coin holder/4wd selector location.

Then I suspect, you’ve never gone far enough. Getting stuck is usually the first clue that maybe
turning around is an option. But to me it means there won’t be anyone else past that spot.
This was just plain embarrassing today,

I did, thank you sir! @PonyMan is a standup gentleman. Shipping cost way more than he anticipated and he still kept his end of the deal, even refusing my offer so send him some more cash. On top of that he threw in a cool TRD keychain!

Good deal. Still good to know people list the black ones under the silver part number and simply put "black".

    silver part number is 55410-0C070

I think 55410-0C020 is the generic part number for that piece regardless of color.

I read a couple of posts about lighted cup holders from Accent Glow. I'm one of those who hit and miss the cup holders while night driving. I eventually get it but it's aggravating. Anyway I ordered the amber colored 2 7/8 kit (comes with two led discs) and added a 2 5/8 disc for the smaller cup holder. They fit perfectly in the lowest recesses. I tied the positive into the wire that illuminates the climate control knobs. It is the green wire that goes into the pigtail on my 2010. Now the cup holders light up when I turn my headlights on with a good color match to my gauges. Bright enough to find them but not overwhelming. I spent 69.50 for everything shipped. Took me 30 mins. to install. No pics yet. Had to get done and cleaned up for the next thing on my list.

I put killmat sound deadner in my doors. Holy hell what a difference! I had no ideas our doors were tin cans until I stared knocking on them today.

adds a few pounds to each door. Closes super solid now. Road noise is down too. I’m so happy I’m ordering a couple more boxes to do the entire floor and rear wall.

Putting mat in the doors will be my next mod. I was shocked at the sound these large Tundra doors make - tin can!

Gave her a good cleaning and while I was at it, buffed out the majority of superficial scratches on her skin. What a difference!

Meguiar’s M105 Mirror Glaze Ultra Cut Compound and a variable drill with sheepskin pad.

Pro tip: Clean, buff, and polish your roof. It's the first place your clear coat will fail if you have no covered parking. Protect it as much as possible.
