We have a place that popped up a couple years ago and been good called In-Law's. Takes me 5 minutes to get to it and I pass it every day I drive....so it's dangerous. Lol. Louisiana mud is fun and should be bottle into a cologne ha

A simple install on permanent jumper cable connector. I do frequent jumps on equipment and wanted a plug in set of cables.

Good looking truck. What kind of wheels/tire/lift setup do you have?

The fixed connector is mounted so the rubber cap (if pushed all the way on) is flush with the grill. it is an energizer brand set with 30' cables #1 awg. The clamps seem nice and the connector is standard should I want to add anything different. After I hunted around I was under $70 for the set.

Which hitch is that in front. And does it affect oil changes?

+1. Really interested to see how it fits with the rear window. Do you have access to the bed from the cab? I’m trying to solve for a 70 pound dog that I don’t want in the cab on long trips.

Trying to make a phone mount to keep it out of the way and secure, then use the short cord to get Android Auto going. Hate just throwing it in the tray.

Didn't measure at the corners of my phone case, so I'm off about 3mm from a perfect fit. New print to start in the morning when I get to work.

Once it's good, I'll secure the cord in the port so it just drops and plugs in all at once.

Making some headway on deleting chrome. Did the painting yesterday and put in back together this morning. Got some overspray in a few spots ,not sure if I am going to try and clean it up or get some stickers or just leave it. I am kind of a slob so it will be dirty soon enough. Going to get a boot for the shifter and I also need to get some red and blue stickers for the hot and cold. I tried painting them but that was a disaster so I scraped it off and started over. Looked all over for some red and blue stickers but no luck. My idea right now is to buy some red and blue three inch circle stickers and just trim off what I need. Anyone have other ideas?6F537AB4-780D-4A38-AAF7-9A7744FA0EB1.jpg

Curt hitch with home fab extension. The ball is interchange from 1-7/8 to 2-5/16 I also have a pintle and a pulling eye. I drop the hitch for oil changes. With a floor jack and impact wrench it takes about 3 minutes to dismount or mount I thought about cutting an access hole, but I do a lot of muddy / snow roads and thought it better to leave pan intact

That was/is my plan too. I'll spend a few hours over about a 2 day period to watch videos, double check my work and of course, turn a few wrenches. I don't have anything fancy either and nothing power. It'll all be by hand but I have a torque wrench, all the sockets, jack stands, etc.

Broke my cigarette lighter cover when I installed my Front Anytime Camera, so got a cigarette lighter from Amazon.

I don't smoke but in a survival situation I sure will be able to make fire. :bananadead:20210124_141729.jpg

Added some shock cord and v-rings to the underside of the canopy to store various things, keeping them clean and out of the way.

Got this done today. Picked up from another thread, 7 pin plug for air compressor so I don’t have to mess with the hood or battery cables

Mine is sitting on my desk at the moment. Getting ready to boot my youngest out of my house to her own place and I have boxes throughout the house/garage. Gonna wait until next week to install.

Worked out this prototype yesterday but not happy with my crappy bends. Gonna make a new one with thicker metal and weld the brackets and side so it’s a 90 degree. Also probably clean the footprint off of it in the next version.

Will house my 8 switch relay/fuse box, blue sea ml-acr and terminal blocks.

Is that a 'C' plug? Would a 12" braided cord work for you?
