Check the build link in my signature.
I would go with Baltic birch - it’s got more plies than regular plywood a holds up better to being abused a little. I built some plyometric boxes out of it for a crossfit gym 12 years ago, and those things are still getting jumped on every day by dozens of people without issues or noticeable wear.

    Have some detailing questions:

I don’t have an orbital da (yet) so wondering what’s either a good polish and wax for hand application.

Or is there a decent ceramic spray that’s better than wax?

just ordered some McGuires 6 cleaner wax so regardless if I go with that what do I need for prepping the paint for wax or ceramic spray?

I don't have the answers but have you looked in the detailing threads? Might be better to ask this in one of those threads.

Took a lot of trimming to not rub in reverse. I am designing a filler bracket to close the cut out. I will show the progress as it happens

Got my Baby some new shoes! Man these things ride like a dream. Swapping from the Michelin LTX Defenders I was worried about ride quality but all is good. Cooper AT3 XLTs 275/70 R 18 and no issues or rubbing with a slightly taller stance on stock setup.

Thanks Cameron! I thought about the STT Pros but didn't need anything that aggressive for my needs. 60,000 mile warranty on these, you can't beat that.

I took off my Daystar cradles. Gonna try it without them. I didn’t like how I could never seem to get them to where the airbag would sit in the center. It would be perfect and then I’d drive the truck and look again and it’d be off center. I didn’t like how the side of the airbags rubbed on the cradle. Afraid it would wear down the bag material. I can pop the bolt out of the bottom of the bags in about 5 minutes if need be anyway.

I took delivery of 5 FN BFD wheels! As others have said, Dustin at FN Wheels was awesome to work with, and wheels arrived before they were expected! Now have to save some coin for some new tires!

Got my sub from Tech12volts today (had to go pick it up at FedEx because they suck and kept delaying it since Saturday). Install was about 30 minutes. Sounds a little better. You can actually hear some bass now. I don’t really want to go more in depth with audio upgrades so I’ll probably just stick with it.

Forgot pics and I’m not taking seat back out.
