I have a 2020 platinum with driver and passenger auto up and down. The auto feature stopped working, I can’t control the passenger window at all from drivers door, the power lock button won’t work, and the little lights in the switch flicker. All I can do is go up and down with driver and back windows only. It just stopped working and nothing was done to my truck electrically. I checked all fuses and everything seems fine. Any thoughts? Thank you

Sounds like a bad connector or something. I would drop it off at the dealership since it's a 2020 and all that should be under warranty.

Let dealership fix it, it's under warranty.

Ok so two weeks ago the dealer replaced the whole panel set up and everything seemed to be working fine and today I was putting the window down and the auto down feature wasn’t working and now the two lights on drivers side and one light on passenger side (of window switches) is flickering again. Driver side now has no auto up/down feature, door lock button not working and passenger window button not working from drivers side. Same exact thing that I brought it in for the first time. I know the solution is to go back to dealer but obviously them replacing the whole switch set up is not the problem. Does anyone have any other suggestions. I’ve had nothing at all done to the truck electrically

They may have not replaced it, they may have just lubed it up and put it back in as the TSB indicated, once it fails it has to be replaced completely... Ask me how I know... "IF" they did replace it, it should still be under a 12 month warranty, take it back...

They did replace the whole unit, I could tell it was new and not scratched or anything. Is there a TSB on that? I’m wondering what the hell else it could be if it’s not the whole $400 switch assembly
