New 5100s installed, front at max height, blocks in rear, Zone UCAs. Really liking the stance now. Feels very planted with a firmer ride, which I like.

    Had an exciting extended weekend.

Manly interior stuff, but here goes...

Had to pull the dash apart for a few things so went ahead and painted the faux wood and center silver.
Used SEM trim paint. That stuff is amazing.
Probably one of the best rattle-can products I’ve ever used.

    So, the installs.

Rago Dash Mount - I think this is one of the most well thought out, designed and manufactured pieces I’ve seen.
The folks at Rago are great, the shipping was fast(even by today’s standards) and the packaging was excellent. It even came with a piece of hard candy to enjoy while doing the install.

Great product by a great guy. @TundraTex
    Easy, straightforward install.
    Results are wonderful.

    Installed the switch from Anytimebackup...

    Amazon camera works great.

Overall trim paint, Rago with ICS ball mounts and 67d carbon arms and van ness auto charge mounts make up the look I like.
Still a few mounts to add later.

While on the the inside I added the $58 console safe from Amazon Black Friday.
    Seems like a quality product.
Added my QuickDraw magnet inside as well.

Installed my Desert Does It Seat Jackers and multi-mount panel.
Seat doesn’t sit like a park bench anymore!

    And bed.

With USPS delays, I didn’t get a chance to finish under hood and under cab lights but everything is stubbed in a ready to go.

All in all a productive weekend considering the full dash tear down.

So this is where I get confused, on the "largest tire you can fit stock" thread, it states you need a 1.5-2" lift to fit 275/70/r18s but I've seen many post about running that size on stock non Pro trucks. Help?

When installing my exhaust from DD I actually took a second gave a casual glance looking for them on my 19. I saw none. Figured I was somehow just not seeing them.

Always thought that panel should of been stamped like the bed of the truck for Pros with the TRD letters and vent rings color matched to the truck.

Surprised AJT never came out with something like that.

I actually plan to take out the piece below it and core match the whole trim run to my truck. That and a bunch of other paint mods. I just got to find time to tear it apart and get everything to a body shop.

Gotcha. Yeah I read something about that I think. But I also read that the front two u-joints are sealed and the rear three aren’t. After I crawled underneath, I realized that was incorrect. Just didn’t wanna pass on incorrect information.

Haha, @Stonehide added them to his truck in post #48883, they are just a lot shorter than the bushwackers and about half as thick which I really like. I guess they're more close to the OEM style ones, but even more low profile.

    This is the one.

    https://www.amazon.com/SEM-39143-Trim-Black-Aerosol/dp/B000EM019O

    But it’s cheaper here.

    https://repaintsupply.com/sem-39143-original-trim-black-p3637.html

    This stuff is amazing!

I had one part where I clearly saw a run when spraying. I thought, dammit, now I’ll have to sand.
    Nope. It miraculously disappeared.

I had one part I wanted to hit with some 400 grit then 600.
I tested a small area less than 30 minutes after spraying. It sanding like it had dried all night.
    It’s almost mistake proof.

Check the build link in my signature.
Positive you can fit them without any lift on a TRD Off Road. You MIGHT need to tweak the thin aluminum “skid plate” a little if you have one (literally bending the edges up a little with a pliers at the rub spot), but otherwise no other modifications. I had Goodyear Duratrac ATs in that size on my 2008 for 150k miles before I ever added a level kit to it, and the 2014+ are the same suspension.

They look great on a stock TRD truck

@ElNopal is the go to on painting up the interior.

That’s a damn good design idea.

Add the TRD to the vent rings themselves.
It would look killer with the TRD in between the ridges or just one across the top and bottom.

I think the trademark thing hinders AJT on a number of designs.
That’s why they no longer have the trd in their shift knobs.

It's a generality. There are other factors that go into it. Wheel offset for one. Tire manufacturer matters too. That size Nitto Ridgegrappler on a +25 wheel didn't rub for @CementTurdOffRoad , but my Falken Wildpeak AT3W tires in the same size and on the same wheels do rub. Either the Nittos run small, or the Falkens run large, but it's not a simple "This tire fits" kind of thing. You have to research and read up. Even then, the same wheel and tire might behave differently on two different trucks because they are just a bit different.

I got my iHacker harness in, so I got the LED headlights installed! Didn't take as long as I thought it would. I opted to go with the DRL-dimming option.

    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.
I replaced once a couple years ago. Then had a squeak about a year later. Took it out, took off the seal and repacked the bearings with some good grease. Red/tacky if memory serves. Easy to do, and saves a little money if you’ve already got the grease.

Additionally, get a gator-back belt! Used to be made by Goodyear. Now by Continental.
Hands down...one of the best engine mods I’ve done...no slips or squeaks.

FWIW; I also hang onto my OEM belts, just to have a back up...So long as they’re not tearing. If they’re just a little worn/dry, you can put them in a Tupperware container and give them a good coating of armor-all, or any good VRP conditioner. Then let them sit a few days. I know there’s some better VRP conditioners out there. Armor-all is just what i always used back in the day.
