    Welcome from NY.

No, not if you are just leveling it.

Yeah, 3”+ is usually when you need the diff drop. If you raise the back any, which it doesn’t sound like you are doing, look into the carrier bearing drop kit. I raised my back less than 2” and it helped with shudder.

On this same thread, I'm considering removing one of the leafs from the rear spring to level it out. I have a 2020 TRD PRO and 3 shops I've talked to have told me I need a 3:2 lift to level it. I don't want to go any higher on the ride, bit I want to level it out so the rake is less substantial.

    Thoughts?

Pros are pretty level. If anything, I’d get a CB shim or 2 for the front. I’d never remove a leaf. The stock ones are soft as they are. Can’t image trying to ride or haul anything with one removed or potential for them cracking.

It has a 2"OEM lift but there is still enough of a rake to tweak my OCD. Dealer told me there is something with the suspension that makes it a challenge to level. I can't recall at the moment but the shop he refers lifts to (4WP) had already told me the only thing available was a full lift.

It isn’t hard and there are threads on here about the install. You don’t need a full lift to level it. 3/2 kits are for leveling non Pros.

Measure your hub to fender on each wheel and that will tell you how much you need to add to level it. Some people add 1 to passenger side and 2 to drivers side to help with the lean. Each shim adds .5”.

CB has full Pro kits too. He is a member on here and will answer any questions if you call him.

Looks a little above my pay grade. I had to use the Owner's manual today to install spacers on my wheels LOL. I've reached out for some advice but I may need to keep looking around

I haven't specifically heard of someone removing leafs to drop the rear end.

One thing to note here, is since you have a 2020 Tundra, you are equipped with the TSS-P system, which is that big sensor in the grill there which is designed to read the road properly.

Toyota builds the Tundras to have rake on them (Rear end higher than the front) for a couple reasons.
    1. For when you load the truck down/ tow you have a "Buffer zone" for it to squat down and sit level engage the "tow mode" properly.
    2. Having rake on the vehicle so the front sensor can read the road properly to insure all aspects of the TSS-P system are working properly. I have seen people level their 2020 Tundras out and end up having "issues" with alerts illuminating on their dash stating there is an error with the sensor.
There are dealerships that can re-calibrate that sensor, and/ or (Can't remember the vendor) but they make a "adjustable" bracket that bolts onto factory location. (@T-Rex266 do you remember that vendor?)

I'm familiar with this but it was my impression that the relocation bracket was for a grill replacement?
