Sprayed Liner- Tie Down Issue

    2018 Tundra SR5 TRD
    Just got a 2018 Tundra and it still had the tie downs still brand new in the packaging. I unpacked and tried to install but there is no way to get the clamps into the rails. The bed liner is blocking access so there is no room to maneuver. I can get them in the tail gate and at the back of the bed, but can't get them into the side rails. Any advice? Anyone else have this issue?
