Whichever route you go will look good bronze. We talked about this before but the black on black on black just doesn't stand out enough. You can't see the wheels unless you're right up on the truck.

Yea ive been thinking about possibly painting that area black too!

Not sure about the Skid Plate, for me it bolted right into that bracket no problem. All the holes lined up and everything. I didnt do any modification to make it fit.

Sure. My bumper is very different from yours but I could see the white poking out at times.

    Here is what I did.

I was just thinking yesterday that I've never seen water under the car from my A/C, where is the nipple? I'm guessing mine needs to be cleaned out.

I got the Amazon ones for, I think, $9 for two and it included a punch tool. Work great.

@FirstGenVol When we were ready to start the wiring thats why I stopped, and asked you if you were sure about this before cutting OG connectors off.

Yes. I'm aware. I wasn't aware there were over the counter connectors I could have picked up ahead of time to avoid it. By the time we got to that we had been working in the 90+ sun for 2 hours and I just wanted to get it done.

    Gotcha.

In the event that you want to return to OEM I'm sure you could make something happen.

Punch too? Damn you guys are spoiled! I had to mess up one of those little screwdrivers that comes in an eyeglass repair kit.

I was considering it. It would look more normal once I ditch the stock stock bumpers and build tube bumpers, along the lines of what blue ranger has.

My originals still sound better than my buddies 2018 Tundra. The 00-02 speakers are cone paper without the rubber gasket dry rot experienced by the later year 1st Gens.

Finished replacing the sway bar end links with moogs along with the frame bushings. Had to hack saw off one of the lower link bolts. That was fun.

If I was to do it again, I would look for links that used an allen key to help tighten down the lower link bolt. Getting a needle nose in there is awkward and just doesnt seem like a good design. Plus, why do they change the bolts to SAE?
