    Function before sparkle.
Unfortunately Caliraised LED is developing a reputation for slow response, missing pieces on orders and general delivery issues. I have spoken to resellers both in the USA and Canada that have expressed concerns with their ability to reliably source product. It's a shame because the price to quality to value ratio of their products is generally quite good.

I ordered ditch pods with mounts and received them the following week, installed and love them! I hope you receive your orders soon...I hate when I order and don’t get it right away!

Cali Raised LED is thrilled to offer this universal 3.5" 20W LED pod. (The lens is clear, the light is Amber.) The diecast aluminum housing, PMMA lenses, and IP rating of 67 mean it’s durable enough to handle anything Mother Nature might throw at you. The high-intensity CREE LEDs put out a massive amount of light, allowing you to ignite the night with confidence.

Roughly two months ago ordered their bed molle panel system. Some minor scratching and whatnot on it (wasn't that big of a deal to me since its going in the bed of my truck and going to get used but disappointing nonetheless. Went to put the two halves of the panels together on both sides only to find that the washers were the wrong size (too big) and would not allow for the two sides to mate up correctly. Emailed Caliraised, they said go out and buy some new washers - you need xyz size. I said I'm not going out and buying stuff which should've been included, so they sent me a set of washers. Get the washers in the mail a handful of days later - same washers. Get on the horn with them again, apparently they had gotten the wrong size washers in. They say they will send out the new washers - few days later get the washers - same thing, still the wrong size. At this point I'm annoyed and just go to HD and buy my own washers so I can get it mounted before my hunting trip.

Flash forward to their Black Friday month sale being announced - I'm like I'll give them a whirl again, I'm guessing I just had bad luck. Order up a set of sliders (wanted bump out with something tight to the frame of the truck) and a set of the ditch brackets with lights b/c they were cheap enough. Get my ditch lights and the brackets, start trying to assemble - missing hardware yet again. I don't know who is in charge of quality control over there but here I am with my 2nd order from them, within a few months where just the simple task of verifying all the hardware is there wasn't done. To me, I now have concerns of how my slider installation will go when that shows up and having a bit of buyer's remorse at the moment.

I don't want to sit here and bash them, but I just want people aware that these little simple things are something to watch out for when making your choices on what vendor to buy from....to me, attention to detail goes a long way - their products seem to be solid quality for the price but just the little things of making sure everything is there when shipping out is not happening.

    Too many, but not enough....
I had the same experience with missing hardware on my sliders. I know a few members on here had the same issue. However, I will say that the quality of their sliders is exceptional and work extremely well. They recently saved me from replacing a driver side rear door and it didnt even scratch the lining of the slider.
