Ran the truck through the auto car wash since I had 100lbs of bugs on the grill, that didn't too good so went to Home Depot and bought a Dewalt power washer. Then adjusted the rear latches on the Tyger Tonneau cover since it was flapping around like a tarp on the way home from Wyoming yesterday.

Popped in my interior LED kit, LED license plate and cargo lights. I want to swap reverse lights as well but they are pricey.

Dealer installed TRD dual exhaust system and tonneau cover. Personally installed TRD Pro grille and surround, side mirror caps, and TRD shifter.
Oh, it’ll get installed eventually.. I have done so many mods in the two months I’ve had this truck that my wife seems to be looking for them. If I wait a little and we’re to make a mistake later she may not notice as the truck may not seem as new.

Got a chance to test out the Weather Tech Sunshade kit the wife bought me for my B-Day. :) Where i work, and my driveway at home have absolutely no shade so this seemed like a good idea. The kit comes with all 6 shades, the door shades fit great and just slip into the inner lips on the window, the front and back are a little looser because of no lip, but still seem to stay in place OK. All in all a great product if your Tundra is stuck out in the hot sun all day like mine is. I let it sit all day with the shades on, and it was definitely like 30 degrees cooler inside than without them. Slightly pricey, but i give it a .

That's awesome! I have a shade for the Windshield (covercraft I think) but I've never seen the ones for the sides.

I have the same Weathertech shades and I feel they are a bit expensive, but if they last a few years I'll be happy. Overall, that have pretty good coverage but as you said, the front\rear windows are a bit loose but not a big deal. As my truck sits in the sun all the time (SoCal) and only driven on weekends, its not bad to put them in and out, not sure I'd want to do that everyday though.

I thought that too, but it only took like 5 minutes to put them all in place. I guess we all prioritize things in our own way. :monocle:..But i understand.

Appointment on Friday to have my 3 open recalls fixed, appointment next week to have my spray-on bedliner done so I can get rid of this horrid plastic factory insert, dropping off TracRacs for powdercoating on Monday while bedliner is being applied then racks are going on next weekend and climbing under to do a fresh oil change. I doubt very highly that the Chrysler dealership I bought the truck from even did the oil, and if they did i'm sure it's bottom shelf dino-shit and trash filter anyways so I want to fix that before I continue putting miles on.

The chrome-delete may wait until this fall or winter because I'm in the middle of tearing the outside of my entire house apart to re-insulate, re-sheathe, and re-side.

First oil change since I bought the truck. Installed the Fumoto valve and Toyota aluminum filter housing. Also replaced the wiper blades. Took the time while I had it in the garage to remove bugs and apply a coat of beadmaker to the front end ....

    Irrelevant picture.....

Gave her a wash. Nothing fancy but she is now nice and clean! Easy to forget how big a Tundra is until you are drying it with a towel lol

I've posted this elsewhere, but did not get an answer. Maybe nobody knows? What these holes in my truck bed?
Just make sure the intake for the blower is filtered somehow. You don't want to blow sand at your nice, clean paint at high rates of speed.

I make sure to only ever use it for drying. I have a separate gas powered blower for yard work.
