See if you can snag a part number off that Fumoto. I either ordered the wrong one or doing it while the oil is hot is key. I just don't see how it's the difference between 90 minutes and 10.

Yup they're probably impossible to find now unless there is an aftermarket source. Back when I got mine, maybe 2011, Toyota only had them in the salsa red color. These were like a unicorn back then.

Deleted last post because I went through my files, and realized I was mistaken.

Throwing my 2 cents out here again...

This is mine. Speed adjustable. Can go slow like an old caddy, or about OEM.

Been on about a year or so. No issues yet.
    Works fine for me.

I adjusted speed by removing old relay, and bringing harness down to the footwell, and attaching new, old, new, old. Compared speeds, and got pretty close.

Read the Reviews on the $60 Relay and someone had an 05 Sequoia. Said the Relay is down near the parking brake which I am assuming Empty Lord is trying to say like you above. Do you have a pic of the location? I like pics, as they eliminate the internet confusion.

Anyone with a Limited 2000-2002 have a pic, or knows what this empty Fuse location goes to on their truck? Mine is an SR5 2002. It is intentionally left blank on our SR5 models. I assume this may be for Limited power seats?

Spoke with Keith last night at DD's to try to see what would help clean up the sound. He's an awesome dude that's more than willing to help. I sent him the video so he could understand what I was talking about and have a call with him today to see the best route.

He was already offering warranty to send the entire system back and he'll build a new one to whatever spec I'd like (muffler size-wise), send just the muffler and he'd send a new one or potentially adding another muffler in-line (this I would pay for)

My first thoughts are maybe adding another in-line as I think that will be the easiest/cheapest on both of our parts but after he hears it, I'll see what he recommends.

Just wanted to give some feedback.

Also, my muffler is a 22"x5" which Keith feels should be nowhere near what I'm experiencing (based on my feedback). Will report back as things progress and/or change.

Thats good feedback. IMO you changed alot of things at one time and you’ve got some dialing in to do which takes time. Add in that maybe you still have some leaks etc from your work, plus another shop was involved and you’ve got a mixed bag. I think it was @Rex Kramer that said your muffler would be loud AF before you started your journey.

Definitely understand that. I'm not upset about the loudness, it's just the cleanliness of the sound that's not ideal. Definitely not blaming Keith AT ALL and really appreciate his help. I was more-so looking for advice on how to make it better because of his experience which is why I don't want to "warranty" anything and would rather give him more money to fix it if that makes sense.

here’s a clip of my Aero turbine in comparison. I kinda think that raspiness is due to the headers. Could be wrong though.

    Appreciate that!
What is your overall setup? I can probably get behind the headers changing the tone as well but I still want to calm it down if possible!!

Using @FrenchToasty's pic looks like the through hole is right in here (light blue.)
    20200528_110148.jpg
How I removed mine was a thin long brass rod, and pushed up through the hole that the relay clips onto.

Used 2mmX2mm 8 inch long square brass shaft.

Yeah it’s an interesting mounting technique and area. You will be using some hot yoga moves to get in there so you can see what your doing

stock manifolds, stock cats and mid pipes, "stock" Chinese resonator/y pipe into an Aero Turbine 2525 into a 90° side exit.

My previous setup was stock manifolds/magnaflow cats/mid pipes, then stock resonator (But I had 2 inline?) then a Magnaflow single in/dual outlet muffler. It sounded nice but I def want to keep the single side exit and keep the muffle tucked into the frame.

They are the magnaflow OE replacements. It didn't say anything about being high flow but I didn't change the cats recently I did that quite a few months ago And I really didn't notice the sound change when I did it

Might end up removing that lower panel under the steering wheel. That way I can cross over and use my ‘Tattoo’ Short Arm Technique. :D

Finished my kayak bar setup. Ended up installing some clamps that I can strap to the corner anchors to keep it from flying away as that makes me feel better than just eyebolts in the stake pockets. I have a low ceiling garage but it doesn't sit too high off the cab....I should have measured before I took it down.
