It's pouring rain here and my new 2000 Tundra is sitting outside. I noticed a quarter sized hole in the bed liner bottom corner front passenger side. Water is clearly going in there onto the bed.
When it stops raining I'm going to park on an incline and let the water run out.

I of course will be addressing the hole and repairing it with some sealant, and probably pulling out the bolt in bed liner to inspect. But are there drain holes? What can I expect to find? I suspect it's probably unwise to drill drain holes even if painting around these?

    What do others here do?

I have not had a bedliner in years. Now use LineX.
But when I did. I would take mine out yearly. To clean out dirt and take care of the rare rust spot before it got worse.
On my Tundra, around the front corners there was a rubber grommet in the bed. Just drill holes thru the rubber or remove it.

Pull those plastic caps on each corner and leave them off. They clog and cause issues. Save them for reinstall if needed later, but mine have been off for 2 years. You can use a screw driver and peel them out from under the truck. Flimsy tension fitted plastic.

Your bed liner may have lots O’debris under it so maybe a clean out is in order?
