    Nothing but problems for ten years so here's hoping to another problem free. The wife and two boys love it so far.

    What kind of problems did you have with your GMC, if you don't mind me asking? I'd heard the GMT-900s were supposed to be pretty robust.

    2011- I would fuel up with 87 and it would think it was e85. Flashed computer and it was fixed.
    2013 - 2015 - Randomly shutdown or wouldn't start. Three trips to GMC... first they had no idea. Second they replaced the throttle body, which didn't fix it. Third visit they replaced the computer which fixed it.
    2017 - cracked spark plug and leaking rear differential.
    2019 - damaged lifters and cam shift. Wanted a new engine for $9200. Repaired for $4000.
    2020 - piston seals bad. Wanted new engine for $7000.

    Take away... why did the cost of a new engine go down $2000 over a year?

    I'm out...

    Nice truck! I had a difficult time choosing between silver sky, cement, and MGM. I ultimately went with MGM because it was the only one in stock with black interior. Didn’t want the light grey interior stains that our sequoia has!
