Bilstein 6112 front coilovers @2.5”. Bilstein 5100 rear shocks with toytec shackles @1”. 20x9. Xd grenade wheels with 295/60/20 ridge grapplers. Tinted windows. Gibson single side dual exhaust.
Yes there is. I’m on bilstein 6112s up front at 2.5” and I had to remove front flap. Heat and mold front liner. Trim the rear flap on front wheels. The rear of the truck is on 1” shackles and there were no issues out back.

Amazing how such a simple change makes such a huge difference. It doesn't even look like the same truck. Now - it's badass! Great looking truck.

There is a lot to take off, but most of it just pulls off.
You'll need to remove the kick panels, the bottom dash panel (held on with bolts), I think I just loosened the glove box.
    I can't believe I don't have a pic of everything taken out.

I'd disconnect the battery since you are working around air bags.
    Pull the HU first.
You DO NOT need to take the console apart at all.
Can't remember what your AC vents look like but they just pop out of that center piece.
Good thing since I already had chrome covers on mine..
I actually sold my extra vents just in case someone could use them.

The more you take off, the more you'll see what is going on.

    Just take your time..

The only thread I can find that might help you..

Yep, that's why I bought it. My SR5 has that coin pocket thing that I don't use and just collects dust and debris.

kevmo, can you tell me where you found the painted trim for the front grill. I don't know what the part numbers are and easiest way to find them. Any help would be great.

Charged up the deep cell Xpower batt. Debadged the whole truck. Need to pick up some goo gone to get rid of the glue residue. Amsoil metal protector to the battery terminals and some other points. Drove it another 15 miles. Break in is coming along nicely.

That’s hilarious, I was thinking Dayum this dudes garage is something else. I say that because there is a guy over on the Cummins forum that has a separate building that’s about 3000 square feet , painted floors, drywall on walls and 10’ ceilings. Combine all that with table/chairs with sink, fridge and flatscreen on the wall etc...
He used to post pics of his build on his truck and you would see part of his garage and some of his toys in the back ground.

Looks good. I'm doing the same this week. When you put the tow hooks back on did you put them straight on metal-to-metal, or did you use any grease? Asking because I noticed a little but a rust on the frame after removing my tow hooks. I lightly sanded it off and it should be good, but looks like everyone else puts them directly onto the frame.

Yes, mine had a little rust too and I sanded mine back down slightly with a red scuff pad. I didn't put any grease back on in their place though.

Well... my plates came in, so I used them as an excuse to get out of the house. There were some relaxing detours involved, and somewhere around 80 or 90 all windows down miles later I finally wound up back home and installed the plates. :)

Drove to Wal Mart and got the curbside pickup. So much better than going inside. Then loaded up the bikes and rode the bike path. Realized that a winter of beer does not help my bike riding. Then went home and cracked another one.
