Gen 3 Tundra SR5 LED Headlight & Turn Signal Question.

Ok, I give up. My eyes are burning from trying to read through all of the posts on this topic for the last three days and I'm not sure what to try next. Sorry this is long, but I would really appreciate any help on this.

Here's what I did.
2016 CM Tundra SR5
I purchased the OEM 2019 Black Style Led headlights with all the bells and whistles from Headlight Revolution:
2014 - 2018 Toyota Tundra OEM Bi-LED Headlight Housing - Pair(Color: Black Style / 2019, Add Plug and Play Install Harnesses: Include Conversion Harness AND DRL Harness, Add LED Turn Signal Bulb Kit: Yes , Add LED Side Marker Bulbs: Yes ) Bulbs are GTR Armor Series 7440/7443 Amber and Side Marker GTR Carbide Series T10/194/1689 Amber.

I installed the LED marker bulb and the LED turn signal bulb in the new housing hooked the plug and play harness in and the conversion harness by watch their two you tube videos.

I have a three wire turn signal configuration. pink, black & white, purple. I depinned the black & white and the purple and switched them. Then I installed the resistor using the T taps on the black/white and pinkish red wires. Somewhere in testing the turn signal wires I think I touched the multimeter probes to the purple and pinkish red wire and I blew the turn signal fuse and then replaced it. After I put everything back together, all of the lights work except the turn signals. The hazards flash. The turn signal does not flash. I noticed my battery gauge is lower than normal (around 12). I don't even hear a clicking when I turn the turn signal on.

I've read that @iHacker says the purple wire shouldn't be reinserted when using LEDs so i tried removing it, but I still have the same results.

I removed the T taps, reinstalled the purple wire, and put the brand new incandescent bulb (that came with the headlights) in but i still don't have turn signals or clicking.

Any idea where I went wrong? I'm guessing I need to check the turn signal relay? I pulled it out and looked at it but I'm guessing you can't tell if it's bad by looking at it. I also checked another fuse under the steering wheel that another member suggested (7.5A if I remember correctly) Would the hazards still work if the relay is bad? I'm not very good at this stuff at all but it looked so easy...

I posted this in the headlight revolution thread too but the responses are kind of slow and I have an inoperable truck at this point (even though we're on lock down).

So I had two problems that I eventually figured out... I think the T-taps weren't making a great connection so I soldered the wires instead. And, like an idiot, I miss placed the 7.5A fuse while I was checking for burned out fuses under the dash. since then no issues. I still would like to turn the amber light off when the DRL are on but I haven't messed with it yet. I think I just have to remove the thin gray wire. If you get into it and have issues, let me know and I'll do my best to help.
