I'd check the main fuses under the hood next.. Did you recently jump start the truck, or change the battery?

Were you doing any work on your truck just before you discovered this ?
How did you check for a no voltage condition to your interior fuse box ?

Yes, i changed the throttle body out. I think the battery got hooked up backwards fir just a second. Could that have blown a fuse that i don't know about?

Most likely a blown fuse ... One of the big ones may be 80+ amps.

it can also damage the battery and potentially some electronics depending on the car and the age ...

Check the battery for any leaks.

most likely and hopefully it's just a fuse.

Unfortunately even a second let's the ztttt's out. I would be looking in the engine bay fuse boxes for a 140 or 100 amp ALT fuse as a possibility. I would also suggest putting a little more info in your profile for your 2006. Is it an AC or DC, Reg...etc. I'll attach a 2005 AC FSM flow chart that should give you somewhat of an idea.

Replaced battery and checked 80 amp fuses and still no brake lights, tail lights, reverse lights, and no dash lights. Any other suggestions? Thanks for the other suggestion.

How many fuses did you check? Did you check all high amp fuses?

@BubbaW is showing some 100A & 140A in his post.

also there are 2 fuse boxes in case you didn't know. My guess is the inside cabin fuses are the secondary fuses (low amps) but i've never paid detailed attention as I rarely burn a fuse.
