. Are those lights just bulbs or are they ballast driven? I want to change over but I'm not fond of the ballast... well I'm afraid of them

it has a tiny ballast but nothing like the one that comes in an HID kit. Also take a look at these.. at about half the price, Ive read that the performance is up to par with the Philips.
    http://www.xenondepot.com/H4-Xtreme-LED-kit-p/xt-led-h4.htm

Don't get LED's bulbs expecting performance.. you won't be happy if so, I only like it because they get rid of the yellow tint and are not worst than the factory's.

I've been looking at getting one of those! They are pricey but look like they might be worthwhile. Do you stow the front wheel in the bed or the floorboard of the rear seats?

I can store it in the bed since I have a bed mat(keeps it from moving around) or else I would put it inside.

It is def a good way to transport your bicycle.

So I finally found a solution for the lack of lighting on our mirror switch. Since I have a Platinum, I always use the power fold button. It is very difficult to find when its dark.

I purchased this LED from https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/led-wired-bolts/little-dot-smd-led-accent-light/639/1929/ and it was only $2.99!

It was the smallest LED I could find on SBL website. It is also attached to a very thin ribbon so I knew I would be able to mount it anywhere. It is actually brighter than I want it to be since I only want it as ambient lighting. It is the same reason why I opted for a red color. I was hoping it wouldn’t be too bright.

    Installation
    · Remove side sil (clips)
    · Remove driver kick panel (1 nut & 2 clips)
    · Remove 2 10mm bolts on the lower part of the lower dash panel
    · Pry lower dash panel off carefully(held on by clips)
    · Then I was able to push in the tabs for the switch panel to push it out.
    · I used the Brown wire on the headlamp adj for my 12v light source and used a ground bolt for the ground.
    · Ran the light out above the switch panel and used double side tape to on the ribbon onto the dash

Nice! Wish Toyota would have made the switch light up like the other switches. I have to fold my mirrors in every day to park in the garage and it would be nice to add your mod. Thinking I would go with the blue version. I'm now wondering about getting a few more so I can illuminate the foot wells at night when the headlights go on. My old Acura RL had that and my wife complains since she is always dropping stuff around her feet and can't see.

Just be careful. The blue will be super bright. The red is already too bright that is why I aimed it down. At first I put it facing sideways and the red was glaring against my window.

Great looking Tundra... One question? I really like the wheels but do they not come with center caps for rear wheels? That rust spot on the center of the rear wheel just does not cut it. Not a show stopper but it does stand out. Thoughts? for the coin they really should come with a center cap, it appears they did for the front. Again very nice looking Tundra.

They do come with caps but I prefer the look without the caps. I was planning on painting the rear black but just haven't had time yet. You can check out @dcsleeper408 buuld. He made the factory dust cap from the front fit the rear.

With my current setup I avg about 14. When I was stock I saw 15-16. So it dropped 1-2 mpg.

That's not bad at all, I was avg 12 on my Tacoma with 33s. Do those tires make any noise?

Zero noise. I'm pretty happy with it but I wish I would have gone with 35's instead. But they don't make these tires is 295/70.

So I removed my flares just to change it up a bit. I think I like the no flare look better. Most likely will stay this way.
If anyone looking to pick them up that's local send me a message!

I'm not a big fan of flares, but they actually looked really good on your truck for some reason. Maybe even better with them on. Why did you take em off?

Those looked good on your truck, I like them 'cause they don't have the "rivets". I've got some other things that I wanna do before I start thinking about flares.

Yup. That's the reason why I went with these. No rivets. I want to keep the stock body lines which is why I removed them.
