Hello everyone, long time lurker here and now have a question to post.....

I've recently been feeling a continual vibration in my gas pedal and I'm not sure what it is. Here is what I do know.

Truck is a 4x4 Crewmax with Bilstein 5100's
    84,000 miles

The vibration is constant at all speeds and rpms, in 2WD & 4WD, automatic or manually shifting.
I think I feel a slight increase in the vibration when I swerve right or left. I removed the rotors today and spun the CV axles. The passenger side is smooth and quiet moving forward and reverse but the drivers side is harder to spin and when moving forward or reverse I can hear a low pitch rolling metal to metal noise (if that makes sense).... something like needle bearings in the front diff.

I understand there is a TSB for needle bearings out for this truck and wonder if that could be the cause?

Does this mean a new diff is needed or can I use aftermarket parts to fix the needle bearing issue if that is the case?

    Thanks for your help!
