The topper was built to my specs by alum-line, it is stout minmum thickness is 1/8” They were fun to deal with. You can order with windows or no doors etc. heres a side picture

@BigWalker Sounds great. Thanks for getting back with me. I will be running a similar setup within the next year if all goes as planned. My EVO CORSE rims came in last week. Be a few weeks before I get them mounted. I am planning to go see Mainline Overland in the next 45 days to discuss camper, suspension and bumpers. Virginia mountains are certainly beautiful. Wife is from Roanoke.

They're VisionX Duralux 460s. Rear lightports have a hole in the bottom for light bracket bolt.

I'm saving up to get suspension, and afterwards need wheels, leaning towards the Evo Corse also. If you don't mind me asking, where did you order them from? I don't see too many offerings online, and when I asked about them at a local wheel/tire shop, I got the blank stare I get from my dog when I ask him why he eats bugs.

Did you use nut-serts on those holes that are already in the bumper? Not sure how to size those so any info you can share would be helpful, I'd like to make one of these too.

I used stainless steel T nuts as they were easy to find at home depot. Put them into some abs cut to shape that fit right under those holes. They stay in place but are easy to remove later if needed. Here's a link to the write-up I did in my build thread: https://www.tundras.com/threads/colorado-blue-build-arb-breather-kit.19306/page-3#post-1303739

I just got my Storm trooper bumper and I have a smittynuilt 12k synthetic winch
Did you have to relocate your control box, or will it fit mounted in the center of the winch?
Also do you have to drill out both side bolts for the frame reinforcement brackets?
Also any more information on your plastic cover would be greatly appreciated. I can fab it curious about what exactly you used?

I did need to relocate the control box. I swapped out the cables for some longer battery cables to help, then mounted above the fuse box to be close to the batter and easy to access. Here's the part of my build thread that covers that: Colorado Blue build - 2019 TRD Pro headlight swap

That did include needing to drill some holes for the brackets. It's not too bad, though always strange drilling holes in your truck.

The plastic cover is just basic 3/16" ABS, textured on one side. Bending it correctly took some work and was basically trial and error till it was right. Here's the part of my build thread on that. If you have specific questions let me know and I'll try to help: Colorado Blue build - 2019 TRD Pro headlight swap

Looking good. Took a bit of playing for me to get the spots angled correctly as my driveway/garage door aren't angled well for measuring it all.

What d rings fit this bumper? The holes in the ring brackets seem to be larger then typical mounts

    Website says 3/4” D-rings.
Curious about these bumpers, cuz they’re rad looking…. What are the differences between the Storm Trooper and Base model? Assuming one orders without a hoop, what are the differences? Look pretty similar from cheat I can see, other than light cutouts. And a pretty good price difference. Is there more to it?

From the research I did before buying my used storm trooper. The differences seem to be cosmetic. The mountings and brackets are the same from what I've found.

I believe it comes down to style and lighting configuration options..

The main difference I saw was cosmetic and lighting. Figured if I was going to spend this much on my truck might as well get something that looked cool.

Can’t fault you for that thought process. I just couldn’t see anything different beyond the light cutouts. Are the rest of the profiles and angles identical?
