    As for me ill be making pulled pork in my smoker

    Wow, that looks amazing. I just picked up a 15 lb pork butt from costco and can't wait to smoke it up. What kind of smoker are you using. What kind of wood etc. I have six sides of salmon that I had shipped to me from my dad up in Seattle that I am waiting to smoke up as well. Make sure to post up pics of the finished product

    Im trying this hickory chips never used it before so well c how it turns out im using a older masterbuilt smoker

    You will love the flavor you get from those hickory chips. Hickory is my favorite wood. Alder a very close second
