Should I de-badge my cement gray SR5 4x4? I’m thinking no because I like the black trim but I could be convinced otherwise. Has anyone done this? With a cement gray? Pictures please?

Leave them all on, and Plasti-dip the "ROBICHAUX" tailgate emblem black too.

I have a cement gray and debadged the whole truck. Plasti-dipped the front grill and hood bulge matte black. I am going to vinyl wrap the chrome bumper ends in the front too. I can't stand chrome. But if mine had been black I probably would have kept them.

That’s pretty sweet looking. Did you get your grille and bumper ends powder coated or painted to match?

    Welcome Nick!

Kidding, do what you like best.

I'd remove the TSS bed stickers and color match the bumpers, that's just my preference. I've never seen anyone use that tint stuff here. Mostly we usually Plastidip, bedliner spray, wrap, powdercoat, or recently, a group buy here on covers, short of complete bumper upgrades.

    I got two quotes recently.
1 color match the grille and hood bulge for $450
2 powder coat the bumper ends black for $200

I also thought about the bedliner but I may try plastidip on my bumper ends to save money and see if I like it or not. I could always peel that off.

And I will be removing the TSS sticker and if I replace it I’ll replace it in black.

Needs more robichaux badges in my opinion. A matching tattoo would set it off perfectly.

That’s coming off tomorrow! Lol. I think I’ll leave the rest on though. And I MIGHT leave the chrome on. At least for now since I’d need to save money to do anything with it. Also I think I’m going to go with a 2.5” level kit and eventually some fuel assault 20x9 by leaving the factory tires until they go bald.

About the chrome, once it’s leveled it doesn’t look so bad in my opinion.

I will be taking that off. IF I put it back it will be in black.

Just got done painting my gear shift trim and cup holder trim. Three coats of krylon fusion satin black I’ll let it dry over night and reinstall. I’ll take pics in the am.

How did you pull it off? Details please!?
My 2008 Tacoma I had for 11 years. Bought it brand new and I only ever put rims and nerf bars so I’m still a little new to all of this. I am absolutely in LOVE with this truck and proud to have it under my carport.

Pride: one of the seven deadly sins so I’m probably going to hell but it’s worth it for this truck. The devil probably drives a Ford. Lol

Like Steve said. I used my wife’s hair dryer. Got one end up and heated and pulled. Came off fairly easy. Then cleaned up the residue then a wash and wax and it was like it was never there.
