@NinjaSkull, I can't speak for the headlights, tails, and fogs, but I have their 3rd brake light. I've had no problems and like the looks and output. I would worry mostly on the headlights, especially if your going halo and led bar. Might not be as bright as your expectations. Spyder headlights were the same way till their latest version 2 came out. Worth a try for that price. Dont like the output send them back.
    Need pics when ya get'em

I'm digging their look, my only apprehension is how bright they'd be. Looking forward to the pics for sure when you get them.

After 50,000 miles with Bf Goodrich At's, it was time to get new tires. Got an amazing deal on Michelin Defenders, she's now riding much smoother and I'm enjoying the rain/wet surfaces more! :broccoli:IMG_3506.jpg IMG_3505.jpg IMG_3509.jpg

Picked up my first Tundra ever last week. 2010 Limited, JBL/Navi. I haven't done anything to it although it had a bull bar and bed cover.

I did just order the short antenna mentioned here (https://www.tundras.com/threads/a-stubby-antenna-that-works.13706/) so that will technically be my first mod. Looking at getting bilstein 5100s on in the future to raise the front to match the back. Also looking at tires, and tint in the future as well.

Added my brake controller. Spent an hour and made it nice and clean. Had this in our 4Runner while it was our tow vehicle for our side business. Sold that, so no longer needed it in the 4Runner. I am pleased with how it came out.

Thanks. I could never remember the beast mode cheat code, so I wrote it down... And, yes, I used an old beam from my grandparents barn. Was leftover from a table I built with them. I like to customize, on the cheap. :)

got sick and tired of the key style spare tire winch stripping out so i pulled out an old socket and drilled it out put a pin through and now use an 20" extention to drop and raise the spare tire.

Thought i would share with you guys and gals

I just bought these on Amazon (one of the reviews state they are actually Spyder. But doesnt really matter once you keep reading)

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CMG4DWB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    upload_2019-6-28_16-37-56.jpg upload_2019-6-28_16-38-19.jpg

cool thing is Amazon offers a squaretrade warranty (pretty solid company from personal experiance) that covers them for 3 years for about 7 bucks.

So starting this wednesday the following events will occur.

    1. Put these on the truck this wednesday when they get delivered.
    2. Enjoy how awesome they look for about 1.5 years or less
    3. once the outer film starts peeling (always happens with these aftermarket headlights), instead of being upset that i spent 240 dollars on headlights that start peeling after 1ish years, i will submit a claim to have them replaced and be happy i spent 246 dollars.
    4. Repeat

    Thoughts??

Threw some new plugs in my 07 (90K miles) just for the fun of it. The old ones looked great no oil, nice and clean. Some were kind of gunky getting them out, but otherwise everything went back in fine. The driver side rear one is the only pita one, but still not bad. I put in a set of NGK Ruthenium plugs, only because my wife's name is Ruth. They seem good. One big change I noticed is that the truck no longer sound like a wannabe diesel any more. I thought that was valve noise, but apparently the plugs have something to do with it. It idles silky smooth now with no diesely sounds. We shall see if that holds up. Also did a visual inspection of the MAF and it looked pristine, so I didn't touch it.
    Cheers.

I just replaced my 6 yr old spark plugs as well, went with denso tt plugs. Slightly smoother acceleration.

I wish I had done that. I got *authentic* spyders from protuninglab.com and 6 months later they are full of water. They want $45 to replace them, but I don't want to give them any more money. I'll try drying them out and resealing and see if that helps. If not, I'm going to replace with something else or put the stockers back in.

Looks nice! I just bought the same lights and this stuff called jet seal from chemical guys. Supposedly it will seal them for 12 months. If I had to do it every 6 months for the lights to last a few years, it will be worth it. Ever hear of the stuff?
