Very nice! How do you like the 6112/5160 setup?

Decided to go with Bilstein 6112 in the front at the top setting with a driver side shim and 5160s in the rear with boss4x4s shackles set at 1.5" lift.

ball joint press from harbor freight made the removal of the oem leaf spring bushings relatively painless.

So far its nice, although I wouldn't mind having the front be a little softer. With it set at the top settings theres a good amount of preload. I know others have gone the route of setting it 1.9" of lift or the 3rd setting and getting the additional .5" of lift using shims to have a softer ride.

Would u mind taking a picture of the back of the sliders from the bottom. It has the back plate on them with a hole but seems like it’s just in the way?

Heres the back. It just sits right at the bend at the end of the frame.

Have a link for the ball joint press you used? Or any more pictures of how you set it?

I rented one from my local auto parts store but didn't find an adapter that fit well enough.

Did you have to do a lot of trimming or just remove the mud flaps?

I didnt do any trimming but used a heat gun to mold the mud flaps a bit. Still have a little bit of rubbing but very minor.
