Ok. I would really like to have 20s. Wonder how 20s on 33s would look if I can't do 35s.

Looking on cuxtomwheeloffset site and 30 on 33s doesn't actually look that bad.

or, do 34's, that's what I'm running (295/60/20) STT Pro. I've got about 2.5" lift in front and 1" in rear. MY rims are 20x9 +18 offset. I had 33" (275/60/20) and I thought they were too skinny and too short. First pic is with 34's, second pic is 33's

Yes, I had to remove all the mud flaps, push the liner in, and use a heat gun to push in a little more. But, I think alot of that was because of the +18 offset. With a offset closer to +25 or so, it might have been okay

Did you do all of that? I really don't want to do any modding or cutting to the body but sounds like if I want the look I'm going for I may have to. Sucks.

Not sure. Will have to look again on the due. I just did a search for 33s on 20s with 3 inch lift and it brought up a few.

I did do it. Again, it really comes down to wheel offset. My +18 stick out a bit which is what causes the rubbing. I like the look, so I didn't mind messing with the fender liner. When I had the 33s on there, it was the factory XP mammoth wheels. I added 34's and +18 at the same time, so I don't know if it would've rubbed with 33s or not. But, I 'm guessing it probably would have.

Yeah I'm like you. I liked The look of the tires sticking out a little. I guess I'll have to see what I need to do to get the look I went

Looking at Fuel's website, you can get 20x9 Vapors in a +1, +20, or +35 offset. The +1 will be too aggressive and probably require BMC. The +20 will stick out pretty close to like mine and will probably require similar fitting as mine. The +35 will sit pretty flush with the fender and will probably require a little less work to eliminate rubbing...if you have any at all.

Thanks. But I'll prob get fender flares and want them to come close to even with them so looks like the +20 will prob be the ones and I'll have to mod. Damn it Jim. Sacrifices of designing a bad ass truck I guess. As long as I don't have to cut into the cab manifold or anything extensive. If it's a trim here and there I'll be ok.

Just got done talking with the guys at RSG Offroad here in Lakewood/Denver and they said I will have no problems putting 20s on 35s on my truck with my 3 inch lift. And will have no rubbing after they put them on. They will be doing my lift and I'm going to have them do my wheels and tires at the same time. They said with tires they like the Toyo AT2s over the RTs just because of the warranty. 65k over 45k. But they said the RTs look nicer. What do you guys think? I didn't notice a huge difference between them sitting there on their display floor.

I agree that the RT looks much better than the AT2 but how many miles do you put on annually?

The way I see it is that if you drive 10k-12k miles a year than after 4 years looking the same tires I would want NEW tires anyway.
