Decided to test out all the goodies I installed last week. Took the family from Apple Valley up to Big Bear via Coxey Road.

Pretty easy for the most part but there were some sections that were heavily Rutted and there are multiple offshoots that can make it difficult. Had to turn back on one with some steps, could’ve done it but had the baby and the wife on a solo trip so didn’t want to risk it. But def will be back to conquer it!

Pretty cool seeing the scenery change as you go up to higher elevation.

One thing I really need to look into is these ICONS squeak pretty bad in rear and they are only a week old... looked up how to lube it in some other forums so will try that and see what happens.

No I didn’t get a chance. When I hiked down to look I forgot my phone and camera.
There are multiple trails in the Big Bear area that are super challenging. This one is one of the more easy roads.

I hope to make it there one day! Do they allow SxS's and have camping areas?

The scenery was great but the driving was, at times, boring. Lol.

Did you stop at the ranch tucked back there? I live in Redlands and spend lots of time in Big Bear. Hopefully we’ll see your truck around. It looks great!

No we didn’t get a chance to. What’s there? I may have made a wrong turn to it then quickly made a u turn before entering.

Looking to explore more of the San Bernardino Mtn trails this summer so yeah see you around.

That’s my go to route when I need some dirt. Sometimes do a little shooting at the range up there. I'm always curious to try some of it’s side roads or another path up to Big Bear. Lots of forest routes.

If I get tires on in time I’m in. Is it BLM land up there?
