I needed a fog light bezel, they are available on line for about $25 for OEM. I stopped at the local dealer to see how much they were getting for it. They can't find it by the part number (which is molded into it). I give them the year and model, and they cant find it on the parts diagram and said it comes with the bumper section and I have to buy the whole thing. WTF? There are a bunch of the bezels online for sale in a Toyota parts bag with the part number on it. Pretty lame that the dealership parts person could not find it.

Sorry to hear that. My local Denver dealer, Stevenson's West, has a couple great people working the parts counter.

My local dealer (stealership) quoted me $150 for a single rear-view mirror. When I went online I found it for under $100 at Sparks, Cool Springs and a local place.

Check this site out. You can either order it here or bring that part number down to your Toyota dealer. If you have the number they should be able to find it. Go in at a different time of day and maybe there will be someone else working. When I found a good parts guy at a dealership in the past. I tried to only go to him. Some of them are just more proficient.

I haven't had to buy too many parts at my dealership. I buy mostly hats but they always give me 15% to 20% off. They like me I guess...:benchpress:

Instead I ordered the least expensive one on eBay, it was $25 and will be here in a few days.

@LOTSOFTOYS works at West. Installed my OME's and did the top notch alignment.
