I think a fat or lazy guy owned my Tundra before me (not that I'm small). He clearly slid out of the truck as the plastic around the bottom cushion that holds the seat switches was partially broken and the foam is pretty broken down. The fabric is fine. I was able to repair it but the foam should be replaced. It'll cost almost $200 from Toyota so I looked around some but couldn't find anyone else who makes it.

When I was looking I saw much worse. Plenty of trucks with over 100k on them were so worn that there wasn't much left of the fabric or leather. You would think that the fabric was sewn with gold thread as it's almost $400 just for the bottom section for a bucket seat.

Any decent auto upholstery shop should be able to shape new foam for your seats.
