I’d say not worth it. Start a return and if they say don’t worry about sending back, then keep it, but I wouldn’t risk not getting my money back.

 

Well just spoke with Amazon customer service and had them send the vendor notice to cancel my order as well. Advised amazon of everyone here having issues as well. Guy I spoke to wasnt aware since it wasnt fulfilled by amazon.

 

I don’t go in public alone. Rarely even with anyone. I don’t mingle and don’t talk to strangers.

I didn’t order these but have been watching this. So a lot of orders were placed during a pricing error and the company decided to mail cheap gaskets out instead of tell Amazon they messed up. Seems to me the fact that they mailed something means they acknowledge the order was legitimate, and now it’s a “shipping error”. Unless amazon lets them pull a “mail the wrong item back and reorder,” then they owe everyone some shocks. I’ve found out that if you call amazon enough you’ll get the person that will fulfill the order. I wouldn’t even bother calling the company if they would do something this shady to this many people.

 

I'm going to wait until I actually receive my gasket or washer to call Amazon. I have a feeling Amazon can get my money back, but the next step would be to issue a chargeback through my credit card company. Companies really do not like chargebacks.

 

I thought both of my orders were from Spokane. Looking at tracking, one has made it to Salt Lake City which would make sense. The other has made it to Montgomery, AL. thru Atlanta.

Really curious what I will receive.

I just got the same email. Wish they’d make it right by sending the shocks but oh well lol.

 

A pricing error on their end still doesn’t explain why people are getting gaskets and other random shit of no value lol.
