I worked by myself (except for having my wife help me slide the old grill and bumper off and slide the new grill and bumper back on) and start to finish it took 3 1/2 hours. I was very methodical as I removed each piece and laid it out in my garage in the exact order that I removed it. I wanted to ensure I wouldn't forget how it went back together. I read several write-ups and watched a number of youtube videos on how to do it, and they all left out some steps/pieces that stumped me for a bit. I could probably do it in under two hours now.
