Good timing,I'm doing that exact process today. Here is the number I used and I got it off eBay:
    9001111032 - BULB, INTEGRATION CONTROL & PANEL - Toyota
I think the number you have is the wrong one. I saw a video on YouTube on how to do this procedure and the proper part number. It does not look hard to do and I will post if I get chance swap it out today.

Thanks, for the part #. Yeah, post how it all goes if you can. I'll check that number. Chunk.
Edited to add: i just checked that part number here :
    https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/oem...ta&Model=Tundra&Year=2001&Submodel=&Filter=()
and it said it doesn't fit my 2001 Tundra. Hmmm? I'm trying to avoid tearing it apart until i have the replacement lamp. If it comes apart without much difficulty i guess i could go to Napa and try to match it up, the dealer is 60 miles away and may have to order the correct lamp, leaving the truck apart. Don't want to do that. Chunk.

Got done a little while ago and it was a breeze. Here is the video I used on how to do it
    https://youtu.be/6v1QfmGjTxw
I think the bulb number you listed was for the general lighting of the cluster. The number I gave you is specifially for the " D " bulb.

So, i received my "D" bulb from Toyota today and got it installed. The new one had a green condom over the bulb, the one that came out, the old one was naked. I removed the green sleeve. Not sure why it was there unless some years require it, and some don't. Just curious, any comments on the bulbs that anyone has installed? Condom or naked? Chunk.

Thanks chunk and AZ59apacheguy. I've been searching for this part for the better part of a week. Found that part number on Amazon, but didn't need it colored and didn't know that the coloring was just a sleeve. Finally stumbled across this forum. I had to replace two different bulbs in my cluster: The 'D' indicator & the cruise control indicator. I didn't have bulbs for either, so I switched them with others I never use or didn't need (the 'L' indicator and the ABS indicator (since I don't have ABS)). The cruise control indicator has a removable bulb (TSD74), which should be easy to find, so I don't have to order the entire part.

    Do yourself a favor....

Count what bulbs you need. Go to superbrightleds.com and do it up right. Never worry about them again. It may take a few days but you'll dig the results.

I don't recall which is what. They're all on the dash, either in the instrument cluster or over in the climate comtrol/radio area. The blue is nice to look at and easy on the eyes at night. They're also dimmable. I had several out, thought the green looked dated and wanted to go something that poped. Red would have been my next choice. The background on the don't head unit used a lot of blue so.... I think it's much nicer than before.

On a side note I did just order the 9006 LED fog bulb (which is ridiculously brighter than the silverstars) and the head light LED as well. It's a direct fit and you can hide the ballast in the frame hole. 10min install on those. The headlights are $39 right now and come in bright white with filters so you can blue them up (about 6500k) or yellow like fog lights.

Easy job, and yea I replaced all with new ones since I was there....................and they don't last, get the LED's, that's what I'm going with next. Has anyone noticed that light bulbs don't last very long like they used to back in they day, but yet we are more technically smart. Someone is laughing their way to the bank.

Just did the blue conversion too. Used Sylvanias (size 168) from auto store as they are lifetime warranty. Noticed you have a ‘white spot’ at your 80 mph where there is the T-5. Same thing happened here, but I ordered blue T-5’s to fix this as auto stores do not sell that size.

I've attached a pic of the back of the instrument cluster. Also, here is a break down if all the interior lights if you want to do a full LED conversion like I did.
    • 2x 36mm festoon for map lights
    • 1x 30mm festoon for dome light
    • 2x 194/168/T10 for door lights
    • 1x 74 LED for glove box
    • 1x 3mm for fog light button
    • 3x 194/168/T10 for climate control
    • 2x T5 for climate control
    • 7x 4mm for instrument cluster
    • 4x 194/168/T10 for instrument cluster
    • 20x T5 for instrument cluster
Feel free to mix up the colors as you like. Pro tip - make sure the LEDs come on before securing everything back down completely. If they don't come on take them out, turn them halfway, then reinstall. LEDs won't function if polarity is reversed. I'll post a pic with my finished product.

To those that have done the instrument cluster replacement with leds, is there a length maximum for the new bulbs? The 168s come in too many sizes and lengths. Do you need only forward projecting leds or side projection also?

    Thanks in advance!

Depends on your application on forward vs. side projection.

LED 168 Sylvanias should fit just right for you as they did for me.

I ordered ice blue T10 bulbs from Amazon. Since they are for the backlighting of the cluster I got the 360 bulbs. You will also need 1 T5 bulb for the backlighting, which I also got on Amazon.

I ordered a 10 pack of T10 bulbs for the initial purprose of lighting the glove box and driver foot well.

Finally arrived today and they either sent me the wrong thing or I ordered incorrectly. These are about 10x bigger than what I need.

Left is old glove box bulb, right is what I received.

They'll work for most of the cluster, hvac, and door lights. There's 1 74 in the cluster also.

Working on doing a full led replacement for 03 Tundra. I've heard that you can't just replace the bulb for the gear indicators and that you have to buy the housing as well. Trying to do this at superbrightleds.com and can't seem to find the right part. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
