When using my heat, I get a random smell from the vents. It almost smells like a solvent used for cleaning. Anyone know some good cleaners to try to get the smell out. I’m hoping this will clear out the smell. I changed the cabin filter recently. I change it every November. Only way I ever fixed this was to replace the evaporator but usually they are covered in mold when it gets that bad.

Try putting dryer sheets with febreze in with the cabin filter

Maybe try another cabin filter, could be something in the one you recently installed.
You could look into renting an ozone generator and leave it in overnight if you really can't solve the issue.

Yes, farting being the first of many.

Is it possible it is exhaust smell? I see yours is a 2017, so that should rule out new gasket and catalytic converter fumes.

This works great. Goes everywhere, even through your filter. The New Car smells best, I think.
Previous owner of my truck had dogs. Noticed it as soon as I got in for the first time.
One of these made it all go away.

They make a foam spray deodorizer for a/c vents. Comes in a kit with a small hose you run down through the vent and it expands. Helps kill any lingering mold that creates the odor.

I’ve had good luck with the vent spray in my wife’s Honda Element when we lived in Hawaii.
I used three Chlorine bombs to get the ashtray smell out of my Tundra when I bought it. I ran the A/C for at least an hour each time to circulate the gas through the system. Good luck!
