Can anyone tell me what the largest spare tire that will fit into the factory location under the bed? I have 295’s on the truck now, and would like to have same size for a spare.

I know some guys have put a 35" tire under there it's tight but will fit.

295 will fit with some moving/cutting. 35" maybe if it's used a bit.

Would a 35 still fit with a TRD dual?

Does the spare rim and 295 70 18 have an issue with UCA?

I have 295 70 18 tires on 18X9 +25 rims, and ordered a fifth tire for the stock spare rim. If I get a flat on a front tire, can I put the spare on the rear and then the rear on the front to replace the flat? I know that with the offset on the front, I’d be rubbing like crazy, but didn’t know about the rear.

I asked this question in another thread but maybe this the better one.

Is there a downside to a full height but narrower spare? Something like a 255/80r18 would be cheaper and should only be temporary. Any negative impact to traction control?

If the spare is the same diameter as the other rear tire you should be fine. If it's a different size, it could cause an issue with the rear differential.

I doubt it would be an issue.. look how much smaller a donut tire is compared to reg tire.. put it on, get to a shop and take it off.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not really a width issue. It’s more of a height. I don’t believe anything over 35 will fit. So as long as you are 35 or under you are good.

Right this is what I thought but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something with the electronic traction control.

Thanks. I’m assuming that if I have a flat in the front, I can’t put the 295 70 18 +60 offset spare on the front though. Wouldn’t it have to go on the rear due to the +60 offset?

The tire might rub the upper control arm or skid plate or both, or it may not rub anything at all. I’d test fit it and then address whatever rubbing it may have, if any.

last thing you wanna do is play with a donut in the middle of nowhere with no cell reception or AAA. I recommend full size spare. And sometimes one is not enough either.

Would the 35 fit with coachbuilder shackles installed? Looks close to the stock shackles

Depends on the size of the tire. If it's a small 35, maybe. If it's a large 35, it will rub.

Yes, that's barely larger than a 33". It'll fit no problem.
