I recently got the TRD pro suspension upgrade installed and set it for max elevation. Even before I installed the new suspension I always thought I had a problem with my camber. The alignment machine says that is within spec's (before and after) but whenever you look at the front end it always looks like it has positive camber. Is this just me or do I have something wrong?

Also you should be looking at the rim, not the tire.

On the last set of tires I had, it looked more worn on the outside of the tire.

There is no pull unless I'm turned completely. It will not set itself back straight when I'm turned all the way in. But that's understandable to me.

no. i used to do alignments all the time. LOTS of shops do a TOE and GO type thing. CRAP service. they dont want to waste time on camber cause some vehicles need shims or more. if ou adjust the toe enough itll bring camber in a little.

Mine does the same thing. It has worn the outer edges of my tires more than the inside. After taking it to various alignment shops and wasting a bunch of money one guy finally told me, that's just how trucks are. I don't know that I necessarily buy that but I haven't been able to get any shop to adjust it any better than yours is. The outer edges of my tires are 2/16 more worn that the inside edges. I rotate every oil change. I have about 42k miles on my BFG KOs and I will probably get another 15k out of them with the way it is now.

If the lift you put on is new and raised the front of your truck then you need to do one simple thing to fix this. Jack up the front of the truck but do not it keep the jack under the lower control arms, use jack stands on the frame placed forward a bit of the front doors. Mark the position of your lower control arm cam bolts and then loosen them. They should twist or pop when they become free. You will know they are loose because you'll be able the turn the bolt side of the cam fairly easily and see the control arm move in or out of centerline. Then take your socket wrench and tighten the nut until there is no play left (5 to 10 ft lbs) do this to both sides. Once complete lower the truck back down and drive in reverse to the end of your driveway straight and then back forward. Crawl under the truck (not on jack or stands) reposition your lower control arm cam bolts back to the marks you made in the begining and tighten to 207 ft lbs. This will correctly index your lower control arm bushings to your new ride height. Lower control arm bushings do not twist themselves only the LCA moves. When you lift the front and obviously push the LCA down at an angle the rubber part of the bushings are put in tension and will always be fighting to return thier original position, thus making alignments to go wonky.

looks like they did a Toe and Go. The set the total toe as close to perfect as possible and ship it. I have seen that done A LOT

Go some place else and take a picture or look at the truck. It might be your driveway and how the truck sit;s right in that spot.
My driveway is not flat and its on a incline so some days my truck or car looks like its leaning to one side.
Pics of my drivway for refrence.

With aftermarket UCA's ICON coilovers and 35's I wanted zero camber to prevent inner or outer tire wear. The caster when using coilovers and UCA's is supposed to have greater positive caster. It drives dead straight and smooth. I have also removed the front sway bar which helps with undulation in the suspension and also being able to adjust each side truly independently.
