this is the set up im running up front on my 2008..i also added the cam tab gussets and spindle gussets from you guys...top notch..my fabrication guy said it was cake for him to put together..only thing i would mention is making the long arm on the shock hoop come down more vertical closer to the front fender and not so far back in the wheel well...no issue with 35s but with 37s at full lock it does scuff the very bottom of that arm where its welded to the frame and obviously a little more if articulating. Again 37 problems lol, it has not effected performance at all. But there is def room to move that spot forward to make even more room for tires and articulation. i circled the area im talking about in red..food for thoughkingTC.jpg kingTC2.jpg kingTC3.jpg

you pulled the sway bar... that setup must be a lot of fun in the dirt :burnrubber:

Still rocking mine, but might pull it when the suspension upgrades come

yah i first pulled it when i still had the stock trd offroad shocks on, and it made it feel like a different truck..i was blown away at the difference. i dont tow or do any highspeed cornering with my truck so im not worried about that. Daily driving it you dont even notice its gone, but in dirt, its way better

    All stock-ish. Powdercoated blue suspension.

Digging your setup! I am half way on getting things together with mines! Quick question, I noticed the limit strap you have on there, is that on the stock LCA? Also where did you get it from? As for the King's bumps up front are you just using 1 per side and both stock bumps removed?

    Thanks in advance!

What tire/wheel (set up/specs) are you using? Stock fenders? What do you have in the rear and how does it all work together?! I got questions! Lol

@TOTAL CHAOS Do you guys recommend cutting the oem bumpstops out for a hydro bump and better travel numbers?
What are the cons with this?

No we would recommend leaving the stock bumpstop on if you are running an OEM lower. the arm isn't made for the pressure of the hydro bump and the deflection caused by the rubber bushing you never really know exactly where the hydro bump will hit.

My old man is running the LT setup w/o the bypass (for now)
    Wheels- Method 701
    Tires-37x12.50r17 BFG KO2
Fenders- McNeil Racing Front and Rear.
Rear is a long travel setup also with custom specd Alcan springs
    Shocks custom tuned from Accutune.

His setup works awesome no issues with it even with multiple baja trips etc.
