ill try and make a long story short.....I drive a 2018 crewmax platinum with 12k miles

I first installed the Toytec shackle @ the 1” hole and I felt the rear then rode like s***. Also looked like my rear leafs were on the flat side. Hub measurement was 24.5” or 39.75” ground to fender (running 33”).....toytec couldn’t help me so I decided to try the Icon leafs.

I went with the 51200 leaf pack. Installed yesterday and I lost height...I now measure 24.25”

The leafs are supposed to add 1.5” the ride is a little better.

Am I missing something why I barely got any lift with these options?
Are my brand new leafs already flat???

    Thank you for your input!

Did you re-use the stock overload leaf? It’s needed for 1.5” lift.

I have the main Toyota spring, the Icon leaf pack and ONLY the thick spring, did I need the other one attached to it as well?

I’ll get a picture soon, do you have this setup? I’m thinking I’m short a leaf now, but pretty sure I followed icons directions

If you’re only looking for 1.5” I’d ditch the shackles and use a block. Wouldn’t affect ride quality.

No I do not have them, but installed them. Yours look correct. I’m no further help, but this is my 18 rear measurements with a 1” lift block(provided exactly 1” lift) on 33” tires. Mine is a pig, full armor, sliders, gear etc..

Driver - 40 7/8” ground to fender, 25 1/8” hub center to fender
Passenger - 41 1/8” ground to fender, 25 3/8” hub center to fender.

Are the shackles suppose to be angled back like that?

So I just took a good look at my leafs and they appear to be in a “w” shape....

    How are they flat already!

After seeing your pics, I wonder what would happen if you removed those shackles and put the stock ones back on. It would alleviate some of that press down on your leaf pack.
